氢化双酚A型环氧树脂的生产及性能

摘要:以氢化双酚A和环氧氯丙烷为主要原料,生产了耐候性环氧树脂AL3040,AL3020和AL3010,并达到了一定规模的生产能力,通过对产品的分子质量什布和固化反应热流的测定测量,证明AL-3040的内在质量和固化特性与国外同类产品一致。用AL3040配制成耐候环氧浇注料,与进口耐候浇注料相比,断裂韧性高,热变形温度高,电气性能和其他力学性能相当。用AL3040配制的耐候性固化物,经国家电线电缆质量监督检验中心1000h日光老化实验,其耐候性能符合GB14049-1993标准。

PRODUCTION OF HYDROGENATED BISPHENOL A

AND ITS THERMOSETS PROPERTIES

Abstract: In this paper, the weatherability epoxy resin AL-3040 was produced from hydrogenated bisphenol A(HBPA)and epichlorohydrin(ECH)and it reached to general industrial capacity. Comparing the intrinsic natureand thermosets properties of self-made AL-3040 with ST 3000 abroad, or casting materials from AL-3040with abroad products showed that the chracteristics of AL-3040 was same as that of st 3000, but the fracturetoughness and distortion temperature of casting materials from AL-3040 were higher than that of abroad products meantimes the electric and machanic properties were same each other. Its thermosets was aged exposed solar 1000 h and showed that its weatherability met with GB 14049--1993.
